Exact number of guests staying must be stated prior to check in and not exceed four (excluding children under 2). Only guests on the booking are permitted in the building and flat.
When checking in and out, please check the communal door is closed firmly and the lockbox is closed securely and the numbers scrambled.
Upon checkout, it will not be permissible to re-enter the block.
Outdoor shoes not to be worn in flat (please leave in entrance hall/entrance cupboard). There is a seat in the hall to use for your comfort.
When opening the window in the en-suite bedroom and living room, please open each door in turn (and not together as they may break).
Only loo paper and tissues to be flushed down the lavatories.

The space
Bright and airy, the apartment is an ideal place for a relaxing getaway. It has been furnished and equipped with your comfort and convenience in mind.
Located on a quiet block, the flat is soundproofed ensuring peace and tranquility.

Your health is so important so an enhanced cleaning protocol is followed with strategic disinfection.

The sitting room has windows opening to a balcony. There is a comfortable 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a 50 inch flat screen LG television.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities including a microwave, toaster, oven, stovetop, dishwasher and washer/drier. There is also a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine with complimentary capsules. Tea, coffee and sugar are also available for guests.

The main bedroom overlooks the orchard where you will also have windows opening to the balcony. Here you will find a luxury 5 ft queen-size mattress (categorised as pocket sprung medium - firm) constructed from a double layer of over 3,000 pocket springs. The fillings include cotton and cashmere.

In the second bedroom, you will find two, also very comfortable, single beds.

Beds are all fitted with hotel quality linens and fresh towels are also provided.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite. Both have heated towel rails and complimentary toiletries.

There is free wifi and plenty of storage space.

Self check in from check in time to 11 pm - there is a lockbox next to the communal door.
Free parking within the development. There is also a bus service to the Mackenzie Centre which is on Culduthel Road next to the development. The flat is about a 15 minute walk to the City Centre where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping! Tourist information is also in the City Centre.

Culloden Battlefield is approximately 20 minutes drive away.
